It depends on the treatment. The aim of the hydradermie treatment is to improve skin smoothness and firmness by cleansing. I recommend having this treatment once a month to complement the skin’s natural renewal cycle. With the dermolyse treatment, the aim is to remove or lighten scars and dark spots. Ideally, it should be carried out in addition to the monthly skin cleansing treatment to remain in harmony with the skin’s renewal cycle. The anti-wrinkle rejuvenating treatment is a long-term course of treatment involving sessions over several days that should ideally be carried out once a year. For lasting results, I recommend having anti-wrinkle “maintenance” treatments once or twice a month.

There are no hard and fast rules on how much time should be left between treatments. Treatments can be carried out at any time, with the exception of skin cleansing (hydradermie), which ideally should be carried out on a monthly basis to remain in harmony with the skin’s natural cycle of cellular renewal.

The treatments work independently of one another. Hydradermie is a deep cleansing treatment, whereas dermolyse is a gentle peel that aims to reduce blemishes. The anti-wrinkle treatments are designed to reduce the signs of skin ageing. Each treatment can either be carried out independently of the others or used in conjunction with them, depending on clients’ individual needs.

We suggest waiting at least two hours before reapplying make-up. This is because following the treatments, the skin acts like a sponge and absorbs products more easily, which can counteract the benefits of the cleansing. After this period, the skin settles down and you can then reapply make-up.

We offer two types of cream: a moisturising day cream and a nourishing night cream. These creams can be applied all over the face, around the eye area and on the neck. For best results, both the day and night creams should be applied evenly to the skin. To do this, squeeze a small amount into the palm of your hand and smooth between your palms for a few seconds to spread the cream evenly, before applying to the entire face, including around the eye area, until the product has completely absorbed.

It is not possible to give general advice without having seen a patient’s skin. There are many different skin types within the broad categories of “oily”, “combination”, “dry” and “very dry”, so skin care products and routines have to be tailored to each person’s specific needs.

Everyone gets odd, annoying spots on their face every now and again. You should fight the urge to touch or scratch it at all costs as this could cause a secondary infection and leave you with a sizeable scar. Sticking to a regular skincare routine is the best way to reduce the appearance of blackheads and spots.

Creating an account is free and allows you to order without entering your personal informations each time. Vous can also follow your order status in your dashboard and see your previous orders.

This can happen, fortunately you can always request a new password. After entering your e-mail address during log in, you can state that you have forgotten your password. We will then immediately send you an e-mail with instructions on how to create a new password. If this does not succeed, we will of course help you further.

You manage all your data from your account. For example, you can change your name, password or telephone number, add your standard delivery and invoice address.

Please note: it is not possible to adjust your e-mail address in your account. If you would prefer to use a different e-mail address, you can create a new account with your new data.

The correct handling of your personal data is extremely important to us. Nevertheless, you may have a reason to want to delete your account. You can of course always inform us of this; we will then delete all data that can be traced back to you as quickly as possible (except the data that we are permitted or obligated to keep by law).

You can purchase up to 6 of the same product per order.

The price of the products and care is indicated in euros, all taxes included (taxes in force on French territory), excluding delivery costs.

Processing times are 2 to 3 working days. In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock, you will be notified.

You can add or remove items from your basket as long as your order has not been confirmed.

Once your order has been placed, if you wish to change an item or your delivery address, you will have to cancel it entirely.

If your order has not yet been processed, it is still possible to cancel and receive a refund. In this case, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has been shipped, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to cancel it.

In this case, if you do not wish to keep your items, you can return your products to us within 14 days from the date of the order. The products must be intact, unused, unopened, and undamaged.

Returns are your responsibility. You will be refunded upon receipt of the return. All shipping fees for returns are non refundable.

Payment is secured by Stripe, Paypal and Apple Pay.

When ordering outside of France, customs fees may be applied, these remain at your expense.

The gift card is not personalized and can be offered to anyone you wish.

The gift card allows the beneficiary to use the amount offered to pay for the product (s) of their choice, by entering a promo code. It is valid all at once within the limit of its value. If the order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the beneficiary can make up the difference with another means of payment accepted by Jane de Busset.

No all gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

The gift card cannot give rise to any monetary consideration, in any form whatsoever, totally or partially: cash return, transfer or deposit to a bank account, nor be the subject of any discount.

Shipping and returns

Absolutely, we can ship your products to you all over the world. Please note that additional fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The shipping fees depend on the delivery location:

  • Mainland France, Andorre and Monaco: delivery is free for purchases of €50 or more (in Ile-de-France, you can also benefit from Click & Collect).
  • International: delivery is free for purchases of €200 or more. Below this amount, the delivery cost is €14.90.

Delivery times are those imposed by Colissimo France, DOM-TOM and international.

The delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carrier and in no case the responsibility of Jane de Busset. For online orders returned to Jane de Busset marked as “refused” “unclaimed” or “undeliverable” the customer bears the cost of having it reshipped

Jane de Busset offers the Click & Collect service for orders placed with an address in Ile-de-France.

You can request an exchange or return of an item within 14 days from the date of the order. The products must be intact, unused, unopened, and undamaged.
